City Manager


The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City and is appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. It is the City Manager's responsibility to manage, direct and coordinate the municipal services and business affairs of the city including directing the various departments in the execution of Council policies.

The City Manager also prepares and presents the annual budget to the City Council for its review and adoption.

City Budget Information

As required by state code, the City of Hurricane files financial reports and budget and impact fee information with the Office of the State Auditor.
