2023 Election Dates

Primary Election            September 5, 2023

General Election            November 21, 2023

The 2023 Primary Election for Hurricane City will be primarily VOTE BY MAIL. However, there will be a polling location at the Hurricane Community Center, 63 S 100 West Hurricane, UT, and the Dixie Convention Center, 1835 Convention Center Dr. St. George, UT,  for early voting and Election Day. It will be open on Election Day, September 5th between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Ballots will be mailed out no sooner than Tuesday, August 15th, and no later than Tuesday, August 22nd. Ballots must be mailed and clearly postmarked before Election Day, or placed in one of the ballot box locations by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Ballot Box Locations

Hurricane City Office- 147 N 870 West -Ballot box is located inside the Utility office and is available during regular business hours only.                                         Hurricane Library - 36 S 300 West - Ballot box is located outside the building and is available 24 hours a day, up until 8 p.m. on Election Day 

Election Day will be at the Hurricane Community Center and the Dixie Convention Center between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

A 2023 Special Primary Post Election Audit will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023, noon, at the Washington County Clerk's office, 111 E Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770. The audit will begin at the Washington County Administration Building, outside entrance C, in the office on the left.
