Current Status of the Park
The city is in the fundraising phase of the Bike Park. Before getting to this phase, the city needed to determine the feasibility of constructing a bike park in Hurricane.
Upon receiving approval from the City Council, Crawling Spider Trails proceeded to conduct a feasibility study of the proposed site. The results of the study found that the Bike Park could be constructed on the site, but it was recommended the City build part of it first, to determine the actual cost to build the entire park. The following was proposed in their feasibility study:
